What an interesting dish! It has a real warmth to it. Makes me feel like I've got my port&brandy by the fire again at Christmas

I always say that a home made curry will always be superior to a restaurant. Which restaurant can afford spend 2 or 3 hours on a single dish?

The recipe is a fascinating idea. I've certainly never had a curry with Brandy so let's see how it goes!

I hijacked the idea for this dish from my local high end Asian fusion restaurant who charged nearly twenty pounds a pop for theirs.
So when all this is over and we can have dinner parties again I reckon I'm a hundred quid better off!
