Brad's Vegan Chilli
Ingredients
Peanut and Cashew Nut Chilli1 tbsp coconut oil
1 large onion to melting
1 tsp salt
2.5 cms shredded fresh ginger
2 fresh chillies 🌶🌶 or 1 tsp chilli flakes
Paste:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 red pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp pepper
Fast simmer 30 mins. Keep adding water
2 handfuls peanuts
2 handfuls cashews
1 tsp salt (optional)
Fast simmer 15 mins
1 tin coconut milk.
1 tin kidney beans
Simmer 15 mins or for your desired consistency
