Jyo's Perfect Curry
Ingredients
Egg Curry1 onion to melting
1 tsp sugar - I use sugar rather than salt
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
4 chopped fresh tomatoes
Saute to a paste adding water as required to avoid burning.
Paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masalla
Simmer 30mins adding water as required to avoid burning
1 handful chopped coriander
1 tsp salt
4-5 raw eggs placed on top of the gravy
Put lid on pan and simmer slowly 5 mins until eggs are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves. 🙏
