Onion Bhaji

Ingredients
Sunflower Oil for frying
3 small onions
3 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour). Available on supermarket flour isle.
1 tbsp Cornflower
300 ml Soda Water or water.
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes 🌶
1 tsp salt

Ensure no lumps in the batter before adding onions.

There's an art to the perfect onion bhaji. See my Review. Practise makes perfect - and it's well worth it! Can be served as a starter, side or garnish.

Serve immediately with 🍋 wedges. Very kids friendly!
