Prawn Curry

Ingredients
1 large onion cooked to melting
250g large frozen prawns
5cms shredded fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 fresh chilli or 1 tsp chilli flakes 🌶 or to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp English mustard
1 tin coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Garnish ❤️ and serve 🕺. Kids friendly recipe.

Use hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthways as an alternative to prawns.
