Rodders' Perfect Curry

Ingredients
Keema with Chick Peas and Spinach

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 large onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt

1 stick cassia bark or cinnamon stick
3 cms grated fresh ginger
2 tsp chilli flakes 🌶🌶
3 tsp cumin seeds
3 cloves

3 cloves garlic
Paste:
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masalla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tin chopped tomatoes

Simmer 1.5 hrs. Keep adding water.

500g Turkey Mince
1 tin Chick Peas

Simmer 15 mins.

1 tin coconut milk.

Simmer 15 mins - more for a drier consistency.

200g fresh spinach. Simmer 5 mins.

Garnish ♥️ and serve. Great served dry with bread.
