Rodders' Perfect Curry

Ingredients
Potato Curry

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt

3 cms grated fresh ginger
2 tsp chilli flakes 🌶🌶
3 tsp cumin seeds

6 cloves garlic
Paste:
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masalla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp English mustard

Simmer 1.5 hrs. Keep adding water.

500g pre boiled salad potatoes or equivalent.
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt.

Simmer 15 mins.

Garnish ♥️ and serve. Great served dry with bread.
