Rodders' Perfect Ragu
Ingredients
Ragu With Pulled Beef1 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt
2 celery stalks thinly sliced
1 carrot in shavings
1 tsp thyme
3 tbsp tomato puree
3 cloves garlic
250ml red wine
750g beef steak cut into chunks as big as possible.
1 tin tomatoes
3 bay leaves
2 beef stock cubes in 500ml water
1 tsp salt
Lots of black pepper
Serve with spaghetti or a pasta of your choice.
