Chicken Curry with Orange
Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil1 large onion to melting
1 tsp salt
5 cms shredded fresh ginger
1 chilli or 1 tsp chilli flakes 🌶
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tomato purée
1/2 tsp Garam Masalla
1 tsp dark Soy sauce
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper.
250ml orange juice 🍊.
400g chicken mini fillets. Simmer 20 mins or bake in the oven until tender.
Garnish ❤ 🧡 and serve 🌤. Kids friendly recipe. Perfect 1st curry! Great with any flatbread.
