We are highly confident in our pricing but if you find cheaper - we will price match any other website like for like on Made to Measure Curtains or fabric. Simply E mail website details, a link or screenshot of the web page , ensuring all information is included to verify pricing. We will price match AND deliver FREE.

1. Applies to fabric purchases of minimum 10.0m and all made to measure curtains.
2. International Price Matches will include delivery charges. Testimonials
3. Regular fabrics only. Excludes Clearance prices on other websites and excludes falsified pricing where fabric is constantly out of stock.
4. No Free lining with price matched or international fabric orders.
5. Excludes all Roman Blinds and curtain making charges using Customer's Own Fabric.

Nurture Houseplants

In order to minimise transit duration Nurture™ houseplants will only be despatched Monday to Wednesday. Please unpack your plants immediately upon receipt.

Any movement is stressful for plants - so if any plants arrive looking a little jaded from the journey there is no need for concern as they will recover.

Whilst we carefully pack our plants to avoid damage, loss or damage to the odd leaf in transit can be expected. On a healthy plant this should not generally be a cause for concern. However please contact us should any plants suffer severe damage in transit.

Plants leave us in top condition but due to the necessity for good care thereafter we guarantee our plants for seven days only.

Customers should order a sample of all fabrics before ordering to ensure you are totally satisfied, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of photography. This is especially the case with neutral shades which do not photograph well.

In addition customers should be aware it is not possible to guarantee orders will be cut from the same roll as the sample and therefore normal dye lot variations can occur, although these will be within industry tolerances.

Once ordered, fabric and all made to measure items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

International customers should be aware they may be subject to your own countries custom charges and these are not included in Peter Lees shipping charges. Please check before ordering.

Claims for a fault in fabric or curtains made in our fabrics must be made within 5 days of receipt. However we cannot accept claims for faults once the fabric has been cut or sewn. We cannot accept responsibility for the quality of fabrics supplied by customers.

Dignity Aprons can be returned at your expense in their original condition and packaging and subject to inspection will be refunded to exclude the delivery charge.

All refunds will be made via the card or method with which the goods were originally purchased.

Damaged goods - we do not accept responsibility for damage to goods which was identifiable at the time of receipt. This also applies with goods signed for by a Third Party. Any goods damaged at the time of delivery should be notified to the carrier at the time of signing.

Claims for short delivery must be made within 5 days of receipt.

In the unfortunate event of a Factory Shop fabric being oversold, orders will be fulfilled on a 'first come first' served basis. Monies paid for unfulfilled orders will be refunded in full as we only sell from stock.

Care Instructions: All our fabrics and curtains made in our fabrics should be professionally Dry Cleaned only. Please point out Thermal and Blackout lined curtains to your Dry Cleaner as these must be put through a sensitive treatment only. We do not take responsibility for damage caused at the Dry Cleaners.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a pricing error has been made. Any monies paid will be refunded in full.

For Made to Measure in customer's own fabric please send your fabric direct to our manufacturing facility, whose address can be found in the Contact Us section of this website. Please label the fabric with your name and order number or preferably a copy of the order.

Peter Lees Fabrics cannot be held responsible for any aspect of the quality of the customer's own fabric. In the event of loss or damage Peter Lees liability will not exceed the value of the goods lost or damaged.
