Terms and Conditions

Customers should be aware FREE Lining offer is subject to a minimum purchase itemised in the About section of the individual fabric and is available in the UK only.

As part of our 'green' ideology we do not sell or send lining to International Customers. The free lining offer is UK only and therefore excluded on overseas sales, and replaced with subsidised delivery charges in lieu.


Customers should order a sample of all fabrics before ordering to ensure you are totally satisfied, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of photography. This is especially the case with neutral shades which do not photograph well.

Customers should be aware it is not possible to guarantee fabric orders will be cut from the same roll. This also applies to samples and therefore normal dye lot variations can occur.

Once ordered, fabric and all made to measure items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

International customers should be aware they may be subject to your own countries custom charges and these are not included in Peter Lees shipping charges. Please check with your individual Customs and Excise before ordering.

Claims for a fault in fabric or curtains made in our fabrics must be made within 5 days of receipt. However we cannot accept claims for faults once the fabric has been cut or sewn. We cannot accept responsibility for the quality of fabrics supplied by customers.

All refunds will be made via the card or method with which the goods were originally purchased.

Damaged goods - we do not accept responsibility for damage to goods which was identifiable at the time of receipt. This also applies with goods signed for by a Third Party. Any goods damaged at the time of delivery should be notified to the carrier at the time of signing.

Claims for short delivery must be made within 5 days of receipt.

In the unfortunate event of a Factory Shop fabric being oversold, orders will be fulfilled on a 'first come first' served basis. Monies paid for unfulfilled orders will be refunded in full as we only sell from stock.

Care Instructions: All our fabrics and curtains made in our fabrics should be professionally Dry Cleaned only. Please point out Thermal and Blackout lined curtains to your Dry Cleaner as these must be put through a sensitive treatment only. We do not take responsibility for damage caused at the Dry Cleaners.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a pricing error has been made. Any monies paid will be refunded in full.
