I took a chance using Peter Lees Fabrics because I had never heard of them until I googled made to measure curtains. And I am so glad that I found them. Their website is easy to navigate, they were very happy to supply fabric swatches free of charge, and once I had chosen the fabric it was a no brainer - their reviews were good so I went with them. I placed the order and since that time, Peter Lees kept me in the loop about my order. The fabric took some time as it was coming from India and stock was low (probably because of post lockdown issues) but as soon as the fabric arrived, they informed me and turned round the order as quickly as they could. The curtains are made beautifully and I am absolutely delighted. The packaging was substantial and the curtains were in pristine condition. My only disappointment was that the tiebacks that I ordered were really too small for the actual curtains being long and wide and they made the curtains look too "bunched up" when used. But no problem, I emailed on a Sunday night asking if larger ones could be made and had a reply Monday morning asking what size and that they would make me new ones at no cost. Very impressed and would use them for sure when ordering another set of curtains.

I’ve used Peter Lees fabrics a couple of years ago for two projects in London and I’ve been delighted by the service and the quality of the product. So, naturally, as I was curating an interior design project for a client in southern France I thought of using them again.
At first we ordered floor length triple pinch full length curtains with a beautiful Tiffany curtain fabric in Jewel. They arrived in good times, considering Covid, the making is impeccable and you really have to try to find where different widths of fabric have been matched, which is particularly remarkable with such a complex pattern.
In the meantime Brexit happened. Nevertheless Bob has been extremely helpful all the way through, always available to reassure me and trying to help me meet the deadlines with my clients.
I am delighted with the customer service, with the product and with the fabric. Once more I can totally recommend this company.

I received my curtains quicker than I thought they would be.
They are beautifully made and finished with hooks and weights. I asked if they would do double pinch pleat instead of triple and they did this, no problem.
I hung them without having to iron them, what a bonus.
However, I made a mistake picking the wrong fabric but will use them in another room.
I'm so delighted with them that I'm going to order replacements for my booboo.
I was wary of ordering online but I won't go elsewhere now.

I was concerned that, as I was buying a 'roll end' , there may be some sort of issue with the quality/condition of the fabric.
I should not have worried. The fabric was well packaged - rolls being used to prevent creasing - and of excellent quality and condition.

Searched everywhere for the right shade of 'french' blue for the dress curtains in my bedroom and was delighted to find this at Peter Lees. I would like to leave feedback regarding purchases I made some months ago. I apologise for the delay, but I have only completed the projects. I am delighted with the curtains; well made and perfect size according to my order. Also, as the number and size of curtains was not straightforward I had to contact Bob several times - nothing was a trouble and I received sound advice on the number of widths I would require; the type of lining and patterns matching. All responses were very quick and I was confident that my requirements were fully understood. Of 13 curtains, mainly double widths each, I had one slight issue on the header where the stitching had crossed over the lower drawstring. I was able to unpick the offending stitching and re-make. Also, at the time of ordering they were doing a deal with lining which made my projects much more affordable. I would highly recommended your company to anyone.

You have a terrific service, particularly when you know I live in Northern Ireland where I struggle to find more modern design with a minimalist feel that does cost an arm and a leg coming from Scandinavia or Germany. So delighted to be able to use a company based in the UK and with such super quality both for its products and it's customer service.

I am totally delighted with the two pairs of eyelet topped curtains I bought from you recently, beautifully made and lined, for almost half the price I was quoted at two other local firms.

The fabric I chose from your broad range was retailing with those other firms at £26.00 per metre and Peter Lees Fabrics do it for £13.00, another huge saving. Samples I requested arrived almost the next day.

I was wary of ordering online because once the measurements have been put in and you’ve pressed ‘order’ there is the worry that you might have done it wrong.

However, I was telephoned within an hour by a lovely lady who double checked with me that I had measured right and she recommended that I didn’t actually need the amount of width I had anticipated, even though it meant a cheaper order. I was searching for weeks for curtain fabric for the lounge in my new house and came across Peter Lees Fabrics, I requested a fabric swatch and took it from there.

After many emails back and forth between myself and Peter Lees Fabrics (sorry cannot remember the name of the lady I was in contact with?) regarding quotes for different finishes they also found a contrast fabric which I had seen in a shop for a roman blind and added this to the quotes also.
