David's Perfect Curry
Ingredients
Prawn Curry1 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt
5cms shredded fresh ginger
1 tsp chilli flakes or to taste.
6 cloves garlic
Paste:
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp clove powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt.
400g large prawns.
