Fall Off The Bone Lamb Curry

2 onions cooked to melting
1 tsp salt

2.5 cms shredded fresh ginger
🌶🌶 2 tsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp whole cloves
1 casia stick or cinnamon stick

5 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp fenugreek

1/2 leg or 750g lamb. Excess fat removed.
1tsp salt (optional)
1tsp white pepper

1 tin coconut milk
3 tbsp natural yogurt

Garnish ♥️ and serve 👏
