Fall Off The Bone Lamb Curry

1 large onion cooked to melting
2.5 cms shredded fresh ginger
🌶🌶 2 fresh red chillies or 2 tsp chilli flakes or to taste
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 casia stick or cinnamon stick
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp fenugreek
5 garlic cloves
1/2 lamb leg or shoulder on the bone or 750g mutton or goat. Excess fat removed.
1 tin coconut milk
250ml water
250ml greek yogurt
1tsp salt
1tsp white pepper
Garnish ♥️ and serve 👏
