Thai Curry. Felix v Gordon Ramsay

When I saw the Gordon Ramsay video Lazy Bachelors had more than 2 million views I decided to have a crack at teaching lazy bachelors to cook curry myself!

Although there's lots of recipes and videos on my web page - they all use the one simple method. There's curries of all kinds and they are all ideal for bachelors because they all cook in one pan.

I reckon Gordon Ramsay chose a Malaysian/Thai style curry because it's quicker to make than other curries.
