Adrian's Lockdown Soup
Ingredients
Bean and Chorizo 1 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp paprika
4 garlic cloves
100g chorizo sliced
1 tin butter beans drained
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 vegetable stock cube in 250 ml hot water
100g kale
100g green beans
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish ♥️ and serve 🌹
