Chicken Curry
Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil1 large onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt
2.5 cms grated fresh ginger
2 fresh chillies 🌶 🌶 or 2 tsp chilli flakes
3 cloves garlic
Paste:
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masalla
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp sugar
1 tin chopped tomatoes*.
*For a creamier alternative substitute with a tin of Coconut Milk.
4 chicken thigh fillets - skin removed.
For Chicken Saag add 240g fresh spinach. Reduce to desired consistency.
