Ingredients
Chicken Passanda1 onion to melting
1 tsp salt
2.5 cms shredded fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 chilli or 1 tsp chilli flakes
Paste:
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground fennel
2 tbsp ground almond
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
3 chicken breasts cut into cubes.
Serve with Fragrant Rice
