2 tsp fennel seeds
12 cloves garlic
Paste:
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp garam masalla
1 tsp English mustard
100ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
500g boneless chicken thigh skins removed.
