Jyo's Perfect Curry

Jyo's Simple Chicken Curry

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 large onion cooked to melting
1 tsp sugar

2.5 cms grated fresh ginger
2 fresh chillies 🌶 🌶 or 2 tsp chilli flakes
4 chopped tomatoes

Simmer to a paste. Add water to avoid burning.

3 cloves garlic
2 tsp garam masalla
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt

Simmer 20 mins adding water to avoid burning.

4 chicken thigh fillets - skin removed.

Simmer 20 mins. Adding water to prevent burning and for desired consistency.

Garnish with fresh coriander. 🙏
