Mulled Beef
Ingredients
2 large onions cooked to melting 1 tsp salt
3 star anise
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves garlic
500ml mulled wine
750g cubed beef
2 beef stock cubes in 500ml hot water
1 tin tomatoes
1 tbsp redcurrant or cranberry jelly
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Simmer 2hrs or bake in the oven until tender
Garnish ❤️ and serve 🍷
Makes a great pie!
