Pork Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt

2 tsp paprika

3 garlic cloves
150ml white wine

500g pork loin

200g button mushrooms
1tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 chicken stock cubes in 250ml hot water
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Juice 1 lemon 🍋

Simmer 30 mins.

Allow to cool. Add 3 tbsp creme fraiche. Reheat slowly.

Simmer 10mins.

Serve with lots of freshly ground black pepper. Garnish ❤️ and serve 🕌
