Pork Stroganoff

1 onion cooked to melting
1 tsp salt

2 tsp paprika

3 garlic cloves
150ml white wine (try 100ml Brandy as an alternative).

500g pork loin (also works with chicken mini fillets but add at the creme fraiche stage).

200g button mushrooms
1tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 chicken stock cubes in 250ml hot water
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Juice 1 lemon 🍋

3 tbsp creme fraiche.

Simmer or bake in the oven until tender

Serve with lots of freshly ground black pepper on Basmati Rice.
