Raj Bhalla Perfect Curry
Ingredients
Chicken Korma1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 large onions cooked to melting
1 tsp salt
5 cloves
2 bay leaves
3 tsp chilli flakes 🌶🌶🌶
3 tsp whole black pepper
7 cloves garlic
Paste:
3 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp garam masalla
750g chicken
1 tbsp ground almonds
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan or chapati. 🙏
