2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cloves
10 cloves garlic
Paste:
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp turmeric
750g cubed beef
100ml white wine vinegar
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
