Ok. So now you're familiar with the method for making authentic Ragu from scratch without the use of excessive amounts of oil.

I started out to make Dean's Ragu with sausage after Felix' comments about fennel in Italian Sausage. To be honest I'd had a few beers and added some chilli. In my opinion it really worked well! Cookey.

I know exactly where you're coming from Cookey! Sometimes I'm at my most creative after a few beers - but not always! I do get it. This is a blokes Ragu to be sure! I wonder if Vallo might get it too!
